How To Use Our Moisture Sensors

Our easy-to-use moisture sensors make watering your plants effortless. Reusable, analog, and simple to use, the sensor stays in the soil and turns white when watering is needed, eliminating the need for complex apps or costly devices.

Step 1

Place the moisture sensor into the soil near the roots of your plant, deep into the soil.

Step 2

Water your plant thoroughly, allowing the water to reach the sensor. Ensure the soil is evenly moist.

Step 3

Regularly check the moisture sensor readings to monitor moisture levels. Water when sensor is white.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I activate the sensor?

Take the sensor out of the plastic packaging and stick it in the soil of your plant. No need to unscrew or disassemble.

How do I know when I need to water my plant again?

Water your plant when the top of the sensor is white. Do not water when the top of the sensor is blue.

Can I transfer the soil sensor between plants?

The soil sensor is only intended to be used in one plant at a time, and is not meant to be swapped freely between multiple plants.

Does it need to recharge?

No, the soil sensor is completely analog and does not require recharging.
