Philodendron - McColley's Finale

    Commonly Known As:
  • Cherry Red,
  • Philodendron mccolley,
  • mccolley’s hybrid finale

McColley’s Finale Philodendron is a vibrant hybrid cultivar from the Philodendron genus native to the tropical parts of South America. This hybrid features long, oval-shaped leaves that morph from bright red to green. It grows from its center unlike other Philodendron vines. To prevent the plant from leaning, we recommend rotating it weekly to ensure it receives even sun exposure.

  • light

Place McColley's Finale anywhere there’s bright, indirect light. That means a few feet away from a bright window, filtered by thin curtains or blinds. Do not expose to direct sun light or the leaves may "burn."

  • water

Water McColley's Finale when the top two inches of soil feels dry.

  • temperature

The Philodendron McColley's Finale prefers temperatures between 60⁰F to 75⁰F degrees. Do not expose to temperatures below 50⁰F.

  • fertilizer

All you need to do is apply water soluble houseplant fertilizer diluted to 50% of its recommended strength, once a month during the growing season. Make sure to water the plant when you feed it. This will help distribute the fertilizer evenly.
