Shipping Policy


We want to ensure that you have the best quality product delivered to your front door. Your live houseplant was specially cared for in one of our four Florida greenhouse locations and grown to the perfect size. We take extra care by wrapping your new plant in our eco-friendly packaging to ensure that it survives the journey to its new home.


Once purchased, we will process your order within 1-3 business days. You will be notified by email once your order ships with your tracking number, and you should expect it after the appropriate shipping time, depending on the method. We use FedEx for all our delivery services and cannot ship to a P.O. Box. You can expect a transit time of 2-4 days once received by FedEx, depending on your location. These are estimates only. Most of our items are shipped separately, therefore, if you order multiple items, you should expect different packages and deliveries.


Expedited shipping is available and provided by FedEx. Rates for expedited shipping vary and will be provided at the time of checkout. Please keep in mind that processing will still take 1-3 business days, and needs to be added to your expedited shipping time.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We care about the environment at LiveTrends Design Group and we know you do too. To reduce our carbon footprint, we use eco-friendly packaging when shipping our houseplants and little to no plastic. Any foam included in our shipments is starch based and will dissolve in your sink with water.


Free standard shipping is offered to you as a courtesy. Depending on your location, this service will be provided by either FedEx Home delivery, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Express Saver. Simply choose the free standard shipping option in the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of all our products at LiveTrends Design Group. Should your plant arrive damaged or dead, we will exchange it within 30 days of when your order was placed. To start the returns process, click here to contact customer care. We do require photographs of the damage to process your request for exchange or credit. Please contact customer care for more details. Keep in mind that some plants will incur leaf loss in transit, and some leaf damage could result from packaging requirements. Our plant experts will review your photos to determine if an exchange should be made or if your new plant is just adjusting to its new environment.
